We supply machines that carry out various types of manufacturing on pipes, for example: for the formation of gas ramps for industrial and civil kitchens; to create the piston sleeves in hatches for the automotive sector or plungers for kitchens.
We can also provide a test station / test under pressure, where each tube and each weld are tested for 30 seconds at 3 bar.
Tecsal's proposals
We can create fully automatic cycles for tapering, folding and welding the end of the tube. We can weld “plugs” of different material, shape and diameter.
